The Tri-County Amateur Radio Club – WC5C conducts amateur radio license exams before each monthly meeting. Our meetings are normally the first Saturday of the month. Start times for testing are typically 5:30pm, but may start later. Prior registration required!

We also offer license classes during the course of the year. These offerings will normally be announced on the front page of the website with date, times, location, and class duration.
Other classes related to education and training may be offered over the course of the year. These will also appear on the front page of the website.
To reserve your spot for an Exam:

- Pick the date that suits your schedule
- Fill out the Forms you are presented with
- Click Save and record your session PIN number (4 digit)
- Arrive at the session and take the test 🙂

Below, are the three amateur radio license levels and the dates their questions pools are valid:
Technician – For exams given July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026
General – For exams given July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027
Amateur Extra – For exams given July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2028
